But today, we come together to celebrate
Of a life well-lived, with no hesitation
So come join us in our revelry
Raise a glass to life and its mystery
For we don’t care about the outside
It’s the inside that truly shines

So here’s to us, to fifty years gone by
To all the laughter and the tears we’ve cried
We celebrate each wrinkle and gray hair
For it’s a symbol of a life well-worn and fair
So let’s toast to our journey, come what may
For we’ve come this far, and that’s something to say
We don’t care about the superficial
It’s the love and laughter that’s truly beneficial
